"I just want to say I had to have a rear tire for my 2006 street-bob.I called every dealer around and no one could take me they said they were booked or it would take days or 2weeks before they could do it.I called Cole's in Bluefield and talked to Les,and he worked me in even though they were really covered up with work.I not only got my tire but why I was there Les,told me about a recall on my bike and they fixed it to .These guys were great and the service was 5star's I will go back agin because of the hospitality and great service there mechanics know what there doing and are certified.I want to thank you for fixing my bike and I will be back for my 20,000 mile service thanks agin James Croy,Dublin,Va."

"My story is like alot of others. I have always wanted a Harley, but marrage and life set. I never acted on my desire to get my bike. I visited every Harley shop around Southwest Virginia and North East Tennessee. I never met anyone like Barbra Blackwell. Last year I could have bought my bike, but I wanted to clear some small bills up to make my purchase more comfortable. This is when I met Barbra at Cole's H-D.
Barbra is wonderful, she worked with me for over a year before I decided to buy. Billy the Sales manager was great in helping me get financed and set up with a great deal. "I have done nothing but ride since seeing you last. After bringing the bike home I kept waking up in the middle of the night just to pinch myself. For the first couple of days I just couldn't believe that I really had a Harley. I have dreamed of owning my own bike since I was a little girl. And the people at Cole Harley like Kevin, Bill, Trish, Sherry, and everyone else we met but have forgotten their names, but not their smiles and warm welcomes, are what helped us make that dream happen! Our dream started in 1999 when we first met and realized we were both Harley riders. The first dealership we visited as a couple was Cole's during one our travels.
